Somos conscientes de Covid. Para su salud y comodidad, el siguiente protocolo está vigente.
1) Cada habitación es desinfectada con atencion a las areas de uso.
2) No hay acceso a la cocina principal. Sin embargo, cada habitación tiene acceso a su propia kitchenette con refrigerador, microondas, etc. para su uso. Estaremos encantados de sacar cualquier plato, utensilio, etc., que pueda necesitar. Hay una barbacoa al aire libre para que todos la usen.
3) Use una máscarilla hasta que el anfitrión le haya mostrado su habitación. Después, no necesita usar una máscarilla, pero mantenga una distancia de su anfitrión y personal.
4) Se proporciona desinfectante de manos y jabón antimicrobiano en toda la casa. Háganos saber si desea llevar desinfectantes adicionales cuando salga

* Check-out: 11:00 AM
* Las reservas pueden hacerse a través de AirBnB, o con una transferencia de depósito del 50% a Lafise, BAC, Paypal, Venmo, con el saldo adeudado a la llegada. El depósito es reembolsable hasta 72 horas antes de la llegada.
* Villa Arcadia es una propiedad de lujo en un área exclusiva, no apropiada para fiestas excesivas o ruidosas.
* Ayúdanos a mantener el aire acondicionado incluido en tu tarifa y solo mientras duermes por la noche.
* La piscina cierra a las 10pm. Le pedimos que respete las horas de silencio de ese momento.
* Las personas no incluidas en la reserva no están permitidas en la propiedad en ningún momento sin permiso previo,
sin excepciones.
* Fumar solo afuera. No drogas.
* Hay una tarifa no reembolsable de $25 por mascotas pequeñas, más un depósito reembolsable de $50.
COVID
We are Covid-aware. For your health and comfort, the following are in effect:
1) Each room has been thoroughly disinfected, including all high-touch points. The staff is aware of safe cleaning practices
2) The main-house kitchen is closed. However, a kitchenette has been provided to each room that includes a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, tableware, utensils, etc. Further, there is an outdoor gas grill for your use. If you require anything additional from the kitchen, we are happy to bring out for you.
3) Masks are not required after you have checked in. But we ask that you continue to maintain your distance from the staff.
4) Hand gel and soap are provided throughout. Please wash your hands when returning to the house. If you would like additional hand gel or masks when you go out, we have extra for you!

* Check-out: 11:00 AM
* You may make a reservation and pay through AirBnB, or direct with a 50% deposit to Lafise, BAC, Paypal, or Venmo, with the balance due on arrival. The deposit is refundable up to 72 hours before your arrival.
* Villa Arcadia is a luxury property in an exclusive residential area. For everyone's comfort, parties or excessively loud music are not permitted.
* The swimming pool closes at 10pm. From that time, we also ask that you reduce your volume.
* We do not charge extra for air conditioning. Help us maintain a/c in our rates and only use while sleeping or resting.
* Only persons within the reservation are allowed on the property. No outside visitors without exception.
* Smoking is allowed outside only. No drugs are permitted.
* There is a $25 non-refundable fee for small pets, plus a $50 refundable deposit.
