Welcome to Villa Arcadia, the only LGBT-owned luxury guest house in Pacific Marlin, San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. At the foot of Cristo de la Misericordia, walking distance to gay-friendly SJdS downtown, we are a beautiful, private, safe place to stay, play and be you.

Villa Arcadia in San Juan del Sur is equidistant from Managua (Nicaragua) or Liberia (Costa Rica).
If this is your first time visiting Nicaragua, we recommend private airport-to-door transportation.
4x4 is not required to get to Villa Arcadia.
